The Market Director, Facility Management provides oversight and leadership to Market and hospital Facility Services Departments to achieve financial, strategic, and operational goals of CommonSpirit Health. This role acts as a link between market teams and the overall Facilities Management team, overseeing and leading in customer satisfaction, profitability, and professional growth.
Key responsibilities include implementing strategic initiatives, supporting hospital Directors in meeting standards, achieving service excellence, financial targets, and high customer satisfaction, all aligning with the mission of Facilities Management.
The role involves partnering with leadership and hospital administration to improve facility sustainability through technical assistance and reporting, while adhering to high ethical standards and supporting the organization's core values.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the position oversees operations, manages budgets, ensures compliance, and promotes cost-effective practices. It also involves recruitment, training, development, and fostering positive relationships across departments.
