VP of FP&A

A company is looking for a VP of FP&A for Network Infrastructure / Security Software. Key Responsibilities Support the company through a successful sale / transaction, interfacing with the PE Sponsor and the buyer Quickly gain a deep understanding of the business, including forecasting, sales cycles, and revenue recognition Lead P&L reporting and forecasting processes while managing a team of approximately 15 Required Qualifications 15+ years in FP&A / Leadership with a focus on forecasting and financial analysis Experience in Network Infrastructure / Security Software companies, particularly with on-prem solutions Experience in organizations with 500+ employees and over $200M in revenue Background in working with Private Equity Sponsors, including M&A and capital raising Experience in banking, consulting, or advisory roles is a plus
