Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role :

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and approachable HR Coordinator to join our team in Wixom, MI . This full-time, on-site position provides comprehensive HR support to hourly employees, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building positive workplace relationships, and maintains strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead onboarding and new-hire orientation for hourly employees
• Provide day-to-day HR support and policy guidance to employees and supervisors
• Administer and update ADP Time & Attendance , including vacation, PTO, and timekeeping reports
• Assist with benefits administration, including invoice reviews and employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with company and state requirements
• Support HR programs including recognition events, employee communications, and engagement initiatives
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
