As the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) , you’ll be at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience and efficient workflow in our wellness and weight loss facility. You’ll work closely with our patients and medical professionals to create a supportive environment where patients feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities :

Medical and Patient Care Responsibilities :

• Certified Medical Assistant Duties : Provide direct patient care, including taking vitals and administering injections as required.
• Digital Proficiency : Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, such as Aesthetic Pro, using both desktop and mobile technology.
• Patient Engagement : Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport with patients to foster trust and positive patient outcomes.
• Facility Management : Maintain a clean, sanitized environment for patients and support back-office duties, including answering calls, patient scheduling, and data entry.
• Professionalism : Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and professionalism with an excellent attendance record.
