About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Accounting / Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will assist with investment accounting, particularly in the current strong market. This role will have the ability to coach and mentor staff, have a hands-on approach to leading the department, and will be a self-starter. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President of Accounting / Controller position at the company should have an extensive background accounting experience. The role requires oversight of the general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, asset liability management, and ACH functions. Experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the credit union sector are essential.
