Job Description :

• Administer Windows Servers including patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, File Services, and server roles in enterprise environments.
• Handle full Active Directory administration including users, groups, OUs, GPOs, and domain maintenance.
• Perform AD health checks, replication troubleshooting, and domain controller upgrades.
• Manage Exchange Server environments including mail flow, databases, certificates, and connectors.
• Execute mailbox migrations to Exchange Online (cutover, staged, hybrid).
• Administer Exchange Online (policies, transport rules, permissions, compliance).
• Manage Azure AD identities, SSO integrations, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
• Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect including sync issues and hybrid identity setups.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security / compliance.
• Configure M365 DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, and secure access policies.
• Implement and support ADFS including SSO, claims rules, federation trust, and certificate renewals.
• Troubleshoot ADFS authentication issues, token errors, and federation failures.
• Manage Certificate Services (AD CS), PKI, SSL certificates, enrolment policies, and renewals.
• Secure, harden, and monitor identity, server, and cloud environments using best practices.
• Use PowerShell for automation, reporting, bulk operations, and migration activities.
