Responsibilities
The NHHI Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Director of Program Development and Quality the Medical Director(s) and Hospital leadership of the Interventional Cardiology (Cath lab & Structural Heart) to develop and coordinate program activities in order to achieve and maintain the highest clinical outcomes and a superior patient experience. The NHHI Program Coordinator designs implements and evaluates system-wide program components as applicable for each clinical entity within the scope of the NHHI Interventional Cardiology program. This person is responsible for development maintenance and implementation activities relating to growing the program quality improvement data management outreach and marketing utilization of support services capital equipment and supply selection etc.
Qualifications
a. Plan organize direct and control activities of an organization department or service within or across a hospital or similar entity
b. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff management providers and others allied health professionals
