Base pay range : $90,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail‑oriented Homecare Compliance and Recruitment Director to join our team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will ensure that our company’s policies and practices comply with all legal regulations and industry standards while overseeing caregiver recruitment and onboarding. Schedule : Monday‑Friday | No Weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee homecare compliance programs and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of compliance policies and practices, identifying and correcting any issues.
- Provide training and guidance to compliance staff and management on compliance‑related topics.
- Monitor changes in compliance legislation and update company policies and procedures accordingly.
- Conduct investigations into compliance‑related matters as needed.
- Oversee recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring they are trained and integrated into the company efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Compliance or Recruitment Manager or in a similar compliance role.Strong knowledge of compliance best practices and labor / employment laws.Familiarity with Home Care regulations.Experience in recruitment, marketing, and onboarding processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Benefits
