About the role :

Administers extends negotiates and terminates standard and non-standard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation contract negotiation contract administration and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies legal requirements and customer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Administers bid preparations process specifications and other reports. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.
• Prepares pre deal analysis determining cost / benefit analysis of new proposal. Presents deal recommendations to management.
• Using appropriate IS systems implements extracts and analyzes results of customer contract compliance and performance.
• Responsible for the successful management and completion of all projects assigned to within the department.
• Coordinates with Sales & Marketing on launch and price strategies. Manages punctual high volume price loads in accordance with approved strategies.
• Prepare reporting and analysis for sales and executive management. Effectively analyze sales and profitability results relative to contracts and economic programs.
• Actively seeks input from Finance Marketing and Sales Management to better understand customer needs perceptions etc. Makes efforts to ensure that customer needs are understood and met by self and team.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly) non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g. any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt non-sales roles may also include variable compensation i.e. annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
