Position Details :

Patient Population : Adult

Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient

Responsibilities : Outpatient and inpatient EP care; perform pacemaker / defibrillator implants, right / left-sided ablations; inpatient rounding during call weeks; leadership and teaching involvement

Required Procedures : Pacemaker and defibrillator implants, ablations (right- and left-sided)

EMR System : Cerner (transitioning to Epic in late 2025 / early 2026)

Support Staff : APPs, cardiovascular thoracic surgeons, experienced EP cardiologist, and multidisciplinary team

Days Per Month : Full-time

On-Call / Weekends : Yes shared call (2 : 1 ratio), weekend responsibility shared

Submission Requirements :

Board Certified in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology REQUIRED

Completion of accredited Cardiology and Electrophysiology Fellowships REQUIRED

Minimum 2 3 years of post-fellowship experience Preferred

Must hold or be eligible for a Michigan Medical License REQUIRED

Must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA REQUIRED

Clean malpractice and licensure history REQUIRED

No candidates with second jobs or >

1 hour commute REQUIRED
