Job descriptionAssist Project Managers, Site Managers, and EPC leaders with day-to-day project execution Support safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and procurement activities Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field-based operations Manage documentation, proposals, estimates, and project turnover Serve as a client interface and ensure smooth communication across teams Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of relevant construction experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage high workloads in fast-paced environments Prior experience on construction project sites or program management in aviation, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, transportation, or water Knowledge of scheduling concepts (critical path, float, resource leveling) Experience in manufacturing construction projects Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and advanced Excel

About the Role
We’re seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support project leaders in delivering complex Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) and construction management projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, and client satisfaction across diverse industries including aviation, commercial buildings, electrical transmission & distribution, manufacturing, oil & gas, power generation, process facilities, and water.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
