Primary Care Pediatrician - Burnsville

Responsibilities / Job Description :

Fairview is seeking a Pediatrician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Burnsville located 15 minutes south of the Twin Cities. Join our multi-specialty practice that has a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age, socioeconomic status and culture. This is a well-established practice located next to the award-winning, Fairview Ridges Hospital.

Practice Details :

• 6 provider pediatric practice with robust onsite support and access to many specialists.
• Outpatient practice with newborn rounding only at Fairview Ridges Hospital.
• Patient encounters average 18-20 patients per day
• Openings : 1.0 FTE (34 patient contact hours) Flexible schedule.
• Call Frequency : Shared call with 9 pediatricians. Phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage with weekend on call newborn rounding.
• No c-sections assist or delivery attendance.
• Circs preferred but not required.
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
