You will assess and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and function, develop individualized care plans, document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of experience, a current North Carolina PT license, and previous SNF experience. No on-call is required, and weekly billing and pay cycles are provided with guaranteed hours.
