About The Position

Description :

Long Term Care RN position available.

Candidates must hold a valid RN license prior to starting.

The position offers 3x12 hour variable shifts, either straight days or straight nights.

The exact shift assignment will be determined based on staffing needs closer to the start date.

First time travelers are welcome to apply.

Previous charge experience is preferred but not required.

Experience with charting systems is required.

The facility provides housing and a vehicle for travelers during the assignment.

Housing units are typically one-bedroom apartments.

No pets are allowed in housing units.

Cleaning of housing units is required upon departure to avoid additional fees.

Vehicles provided for use must remain within a specified radius.

Travelers are required to return vehicles with a full tank of gas.

Candidates must be willing to work on holidays as required.

The facility accepts candidates who are pending state licensure.

References are required from previous supervisory roles covering a total of one year.

Candidates will float within the facility to meet operational needs.

The facility has an interdisciplinary support system in place.

Patient population includes adults and geriatrics with various diagnoses.

Strong preference for candidates with experience in long term care settings.
