Responsibilities :
- Primary contact for show organizations regarding GES Electrical Services for all exhibitor tradeshow and production activity
- Initiate the exhibitor kit production, show workbench activation, and maintenance for Electrical tradeshows, including exhibitor list maintenance
- Handle exhibitor list entry and subsequent updates, edits and changes, zone file management
- Creation of job numbers and manage show details in GES CORE system, ensuring all show details are added and managed for consistency and accuracy
- Proactive contact with exhibitors to provide the details of what is needed with their electrical order
- Follow-up contact with exhibitors to clarify orders
- Review and audit electrical orders against floor plans ensuring their accuracy
- Process electrical orders and generate electrical labor tickets for Operations team
- Communication with Operations team on all orders for the shows
- Submit all required Electrical permitting requests for facility
- Adhere to facility standards for code of conduct and rules / regulations. This includes proper dress / uniforms, name tag, cleanliness of person, office and storage areas
- Assist exhibitors on-site with any electrical services needed, work service desk, if needed
- When not on-site, utilize texting application to assist exhibitors
- Ensure proper documentation and electrical billing accuracy
- Collection efforts from any unpaid exhibitor accounts from booth checks, or declined credit cards
- Process Show Close Checklist and submit reports within the set timeline
- Work with the Electrical Operations Management Team in entering the show org billing, capturing payment, and submitting show close reports for Show Org, if required
- Produce miscellaneous / small projects as needed
- Prioritize tasks & responsibilities to meet deadlines and complete highest priorities first
- Keep Managers and Team Managers up to date on all issues
- Perform all duties with the utmost integrity avoiding any conflict of interest between GES and any other entities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
College degree preferredExperience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or special event planning preferredGood oral and written communication skillsGood organizational skillsMust function well in remote environments with little to no daily supervisionWork Environment :
