A K-12 school in Blue Springs, MO, is seeking a licensed Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials to provide comprehensive behavioral support during the contract period from December 15, 2025, through May 22, 2026. This full-time, onsite position offers 35 hours per week, focused on enhancing positive behavior interventions within the school setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Model and train teachers, paraprofessionals, and RBTs on intervention strategies.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Collect and analyze behavior-related data to evaluate and adjust interventions.
• Perform classroom observations and recommend responsive strategies and environmental supports.
• Support program development and coordinate materials and services aligned with established guidelines.
• Research and implement evidence-based practices across academic, social, and behavioral domains.
• Prepare reports, trainings, and maintain electronic records to support documentation and communication.
