What You’ll Do :

Provide attentive, compassionate nursing care to residents during overnight hours, including monitoring health conditions, responding promptly to changes, and managing medications and treatments with accuracy and care.

Conduct thorough assessments and vital sign checks, documenting findings with precision to support seamless care continuity.

Collaborate closely with the daytime care team, physicians, and family members to ensure each resident’s needs are met with the highest standards of clinical excellence and empathy.

Respond swiftly and confidently to emergencies or changes in resident status, using your clinical judgment to provide appropriate interventions while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence.

Support resident comfort by assisting with personal care and providing emotional reassurance during overnight hours.

Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Who You Are :

A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current Wisconsin licensure and active CPR / BLS certification.

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred, with a strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage overnight nursing responsibilities effectively.

Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.
