Production Sorter - 1st Shift

Do you have a strong attention to detail and want to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in the recycling industry located in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for Warehouse Sorter roles on the 1st shift Monday Friday 6 : 50am-3 : 30pm. Compensation for this temp-to-hire opportunity is $16.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information! What you will do as a Warehouse Sorter :

Meet or exceed the department's daily weight goals
Maintain a clean work area by performing various clean-up tasks
Ensure universal wastes are sorted and stored appropriately per company procedures
Relieve other operations and complete the necessary paperwork for proper documentation
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external customer needs

What you need to be a Warehouse Sorter :

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Must have at least 6 months of recent production experience in the past year

Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time

Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms, or other related documents

Access to reliable transportation

Must have a strong attention to detail

Must be a reliable team member and safety orientated
