What You'll Do :

As a SALSA RN,  you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and home-like environment while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
• Oversee daily operations, including resident care coordination, staffing assignments, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized service plans
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain compliance with state regulations and quality standards
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to care team members
• Ensure a safe and engaging environment that promotes resident dignity, independence, and well-being
