Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of service engagements for clients and develop project work plans Act as a liaison for clients, ensuring communication and alignment on project needs Conduct customer meetings to understand business needs and provide recommendations Required Qualifications University degree in education, business, computer science, or related field Experience in learning facilitation, leadership development, and learning strategy Strong experience with virtual collaboration tools and desktop applications Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms and adult learning principles Ability to analyze data and provide insights aligned with customer goals
