Position Overview

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and managing the project on site. Ideally a candidate is great at scheduling as well (p6)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily construction operations and activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project progress.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
