BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Chester County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are PART-TIME and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Chester County, PA.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule :

Competitive pay rates starting at $18 / hour with a weekly pay schedule

Locations We’re Hiring : Coatesville, Parkesburg, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Kennett Square, Avondale, West Grove

Type : Part-Time, Monday-Sunday 3pm-11pm

Pay : $18; weekly; based on experience
