Vistra Communications, an award-winning integrated marketing, communications and consulting agency, is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Creative Services to lead the next chapter of Vistra's creative evolution. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, this leader will define the creative vision, guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver ideas that move audiences, strengthen brands and drive measurable impact. The Director of Creative Services will oversee the agency's full creative function including branding, campaigns, digital experiences, video production, experiential and advertising. This position is based in Lutz, FL and requires working onsite at Vistra HQ a minimum of four days per week, with one optional remote day.
