Opening for Palliative Care Physician in Carrollton, GAAtlanta 50mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC / BE Palliative Care Physician to join team in Carrollton, GAOverview : - Monday Friday (5 days / 40 hours per week).- Expanding current palliative care service line- Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic, to ultimately include Home Based Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner program- Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine- Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship- Current GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirements- Epic EMRAbout The Area : Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Carrollton offers a blend of Southern hospitality, rich history, and vibrant community life.
