Flowers Hospital , a 235-bed tertiary care hospital in Dothan, Alabama, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced neurosurgeon looking for a busy, well-supported practice in a thriving community just over an hour from some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, including Destin, 30A, and Panama City Beach.

Position Highlights :

• Level III Trauma Center with a strong community need for neurosurgical services
• On-campus practice with full administrative and clinical support
• 10 days of call per month
• Access to cutting-edge OR technology :  O-arm, Stealth Navigation System, and Zeiss Microscope
• Da Vinci Surgical System (robotic experience preferred, not required)
• Excellent payor mix and high patient volume potential
