About the Role
Ocean Beach Health is seeking a dependable and service-minded person to support our daily operations across multiple locations. This position plays an essential role in keeping our organization connected by ensuring the timely and secure delivery of mail medical supplies and other critical materials.
This position will work Monday through Friday 11am to 3pm.
Your Benefits Include :
What Youll Do
Pick up and deliver mail packages supplies and equipment between departments and facilities.
Process outgoing mail and manage interoffice and registered mail.
Handle water and bank runs as needed.
Collect and transport shredding materials from all Ocean Beach Health sites.
Receive sort and distribute records and supplies.
Perform other courier and messenger services as assigned.

Reliable punctual and professional in both appearance and conduct.
Positive attitude with a genuine interest in contributing to the teams success.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent guest relations with staff patients and visitors.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established safety and compliance procedures.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
