Your Role

We are in search of a Lead Software Engineer to enhance our Advisory Services team, which drives key components of our investment management platform. You will work on essential financial engines such as portfolio rebalancing, trade aggregation, and tax optimization, enabling investment advisors to efficiently manage client portfolios.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop robust backend services for :
• Portfolio rebalancing algorithms
• Trade aggregation logic (e.g., VWAP, TWAP)
• Tax lot accounting and optimization systems
• Fixed income product modeling and yield computation
• Actively contribute to future product initiatives within the advisory services team and trading platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally to convert business and financial logic into efficient systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in Go
• Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and sprint discussions
• Contribute to scaling strategies and observability practices, including tracing, alerting, and dashboarding
