To help continue scaling our award-winning SaaS platform, we are hiring a Customer Success Manager (or Senior Customer Success Manager depending on experience level ) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role. We work from our downtown Raleigh office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities
Act as your assigned customers’ primary point of contact and advocate at LiineBuild strong relationships with customers (primarily CMOs and VPs of Marketing), industry partners and other referral sourcesWork with the Sales, Implementation and Support teams to make sure the setup of the account addresses the need states of the customerEnsure customers realize full value of Liine within their first 90 days on the platformHelp customers and their marketing agency partners understand how bets to utilize Liine to achieve maximum ROIBe a team player with a growth mindsetQualifications
5+ years of customer success experience (preferably with SaaS software)Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads, Meta and other digital marketing concepts, strategies and campaign typesComfort with quickly learning a technical product and applying that knowledge to customer success conversationsAbility to translate technical concepts into clear and concise communication with customersLevel-headed with a strong sense of empathy and a talent for active listeningHighly-motivated with a positive, can do attitudeVery strong attention to detailReady to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
