Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team at CycleBar Southwest Plaza, Littleton, CO.
As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio, driving revenue through membership sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
This is a 20-25 hour part-time with the potential for career growth in the rapidly growing fitness industry.

Responsibilities :
Oversee daily studio operations, including opening / closing procedures, scheduling, and staff managementDrive membership sales through community outreach, lead generation, and membership promotionsProvide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experienceManage payroll, expenses, and budget for the studioCollaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new membersAssist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and trainingMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the studioHandle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerEnsure all policies and procedures are followed by staff and membersAttend and participate in team meetings or training as requiredRequirements : A Minimum of 2 Sales experience, preferably in fitness and membership model.
Must have documented sales numbers.
A documented history of membership sales and customer service experience required.
Passion for fitness and wellness industryStrong leadership, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekendsProficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platformsMust be able to lift and move equipment up to 45 poundsMust have reliable transportation to and from the studioCPR and AED certification preferred (training available)EEOC Statement :
