Who should be the timesheet approver each week?o Site Medical Director
What are expectations for orientation? (ie, shadow day? EMR training?)o 2 day shadow and orientation.
Candidate Parameters
Any specific fellowships / certifications / procedures / competencies we are looking for?o Must be ABEM. Accredited chest pain and stroke center.
Experience level?o Will take new grad.
Credentialing questions :
Will emergency privileges be an option?o Yes depending on applicant. (Clean File)
Hospital / unit questions
What’s the patient population?o Rural Tennessee.
Trauma center? Types of cases? Acuity?o Not a trauma center.
What does the support staff look like?o Nurses and Techs
How will follow up cases be handled? (when applicable- inpatient or outpatient)o Depends on case.

What are the shift times?o Morning, Mid, and Night 10 hour shifts.
