Job descriptionRheumatologist Location : Findlay, OH (40mins from Toledo) Schedule Options : Personal life and work balance, 2-5 days / week, 4-12 hours / day, option of extended morning or evening hours, 100% outpatient, office VM for call (average less than one / month.) Practice autonomy, choice of patient mix and ages, ability to provide input and bring ideas to practice. Team support and collaboration with experienced and supportive staff and local administration, full complement of medical and surgical specialties. Weekly onsite CME, and CME / grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network 24-hour in-house hospitalist services Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology Board Certified / Board Eligible Rheumatology Ability to hold an Ohio State License Committed to providing the best and safest care, while creating a warm, inviting environment for their patients, family members, and caregivers. Innovative staff and treatment modalities and wonderful teamwork that is focused on patient safety One of the largest employers in the area with more than 3,000 associates and serves an eight-county area that includes Hancock, Allen, Putnam, Henry, Wood, Seneca, Wyandot, and Hardin Counties 6-time recipient of IBM Watson Health Community hospital that is a 150 bed, Level III Trauma Center Close to Detroit and Toledo. Large local companies and 8 universities in the area. The group has New Facilities, High Retention, and Physician Autonomy Nice and Quaint Wealthy Town of 40k people Several large employers in / near Findlay : Marathon Petroleum, Goodyear, Whirlpool, Ball, etc Overall, living in Findlay is about 6-13% cheaper than the U.S. average. Events, trails, preserving heritage through things like the Barn Quilt Trail, StoryWalk, Not far from larger metro areas, yet far enough to avoid big-city stress 8 universities / colleges in the area
A leading medical group is seeking a Rheumatology Physician to work in Findlay, OH (1.5 hours south of Detroit, 40 mins from Toledo. Wonderful town of 42k people)

Benefits and Features
- BASE Salary : $300,000 - $350,000 / yr. PLUS $62 RVU, Make $400-500k yr total
- Sign On : $50K

Our full-time rheumatologist is leaving to pursue private practice with his spouse, so this need is dire.
Job / Practice Description :
1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days / week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
2) Week On / Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, optional 4hr Sat)
