Hardware Customer Service Staff

Assist customers with purchases, maintain clean and well-stocked displays, and ensure excellent service while supporting store policies and cooperative goals.

Report to management team; support positive store operations, communicate customer and staff needs, and uphold cooperative values.

No hire / fire authority. Train and assist co-op employees as needed.

Provide prompt, friendly customer service

Operate cash register and perform cashier duties

Stock and rotate merchandise; maintain product displays

Keep store clean and organized

Receive and check in merchandise

Follow all store policies, health, and safety practices
