Lead Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst in Healthcare Analytics. Key Responsibilities Analyze integrated datasets to extract insights that influence business decisions and improve clinical outcomes Develop and maintain complex scripts and reports using SQL and other analytics tools Lead enterprise-wide projects and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred 6+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 5+ years in IT Healthcare analytics experience preferred Working knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, is preferred
