As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior through visible presence and attentive patrols.

Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or malfunctions noted during patrols to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or client contacts.

Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and / or client representatives relevant to the commercial real estate setting.

Minimum Requirements

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
