Client Success Manager

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction

Generate new business opportunities through referrals and strategic account development

Oversee the request for proposal (RFP) processes from initiation to submission

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or account management

Preferred experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales

Proven track record in account management for healthcare recruitment

Ability to effectively work with C-suite and senior executives
