• Speech - Language Pathologist

• in California
• MS degree in
• Speech Language Pathology
• (Required)
• Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience as a Speech therapist
• Current CPR certification and a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state / or organization requirements and is in good working
• Care and passion for providing exceptional patient care
• Highly energetic and organized individual who has a positive, "take ownership" attitude
• Critical thinking skills and clinical knowledge to create a viable and effective patient transition plan and identify delays in service, or quality issues that impede the progression of care.
• Strong clinical assessment skills necessary to provide utilization review and transition planning services to meet the patients' complex medical, emotional and social needs
