Job description

Job Summary

This individual will manage spreadsheets and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to reviewing invoices and reconciling them with service. Candidate will manage the escalation process when and where issues and disruptions occur. This is a unit-based position which will require daily visits to each network location with an objective of driving down waste costs through diversion, recycling, and education.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manages report and folder subscriptions and template maintenance (documents, budgets, schedules, mail merges)
  • Creates processes to assist in effectiveness
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
