NextEra Energy Marketing is a participant in several environmental markets : renewable energy credits, carbon credits, and renewable natural gas. This position will work directly on the Green Trading desk.

Employees in this position will provide analysis and support on the Green Trade desk including managing all aspects of trade execution : deal entry, required deliveries and related P&L reporting.

Familiar with RECs, RINs, emissions and related compliance requirements. Responsible for tracking and reporting P&L of trade positions. Manages verification, invoicing, trades, reconciliations, and deliveries or retirements. Manages and coordinates compliance with both credit and risk departments. Deal entry and management of relevant environmental registry systems. Reconciles any prior counterparty accounting issues. Maintains and improves relationship with counterparties. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
