We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team and play a key role in maintaining efficient financial operations. This is a full-time position with a hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) working environment that will directly report to the Accounting Manager.

Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reporting within a PE-backed corporate environment. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, with a dotted line to the VP of Accounting / Controller, this position offers excellent exposure across the accounting function. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a multi-site / high growth environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize NetSuite, Tipalti, and Ramp for all transactions related to Accounts Payable and Expense Reimbursement.
• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently for a multi-site environment, ensuring timely payment and proper coding.
• Responsible for maintaining AP aging, reconciliation of vendor statements, and driving resolution of aged items in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals and submit approved payments on a set payment schedule.
• Assist with the month-end close by coordinating with other members of the accounting team on needed monthly analysis and accruals.
• Manage all vendor setup / maintenance within accounting systems, including management of W-9s and other vendor compliance documentation.

Manage multiple email accounts daily.
