Position Overview :

The Director will define and execute a 10-year vision for integrating technology into supply chain operations, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment across multiple business pillars. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, emerging technology, and operations teams, serving as the communication bridge between siloed groups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and lead the Strategic PMO focused on transformation and technology integration
• Translate strategic conversations and working sessions into actionable plans
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams, including engineering and emerging technology, often without formal authority
• Define and drive long-term vision for technology adoption across supply chain operations
• Support and scale additional projects and programs within the supply chain organization
• Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling to stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and senior leadership
• Serve as a communication bridge across departments and business units
