Local Site Security team member provids support to employees new hires and candidates. This position requires excellent written / verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism as well as exemplary attention to detail and accuracy. You must be flexible able to multi-task possess strong customer service skills and the ability to function in a team environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist with customer support to individuals with personnel security related questions and briefings in a sometimes high volume as needed environment. Obtain fingerprints verification of citizenship and badging photos of applicants and employees.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while preparing handling and processing information.
• Supporting new employee orientations and hiring events. Some events take place on weekends.

The salary range for this role is 50000 USD - 100000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
