A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, vendors, and suppliers
Document information accurately and follow call handling protocols
Assist with scheduling and manage check-in / check-out calls from vendor technicians
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
