Occupational Therapist (OTR) Job

Bonus : Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Type : Full-time, PRN, Weekends

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of therapy principles, materials, and patient safety precautions

Ability to interpret physician instructions and design treatment programs

Emotional stability and commitment to confidentiality

Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement preferred

Experience with Net Health is a plus

What You'll Do

Provide individualized occupational therapy treatments to enhance patient recovery and independence.

Evaluate patient abilities and develop therapy plans in coordination with physicians.

Utilize modern rehabilitation equipment and evidence-based techniques.

Document progress accurately and ensure all therapy standards are met.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best outcomes.
