Salary : $225,000 - $300,000 per year, plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care in an outpatient setting. This full-time role offers competitive compensation, generous benefits, and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Maintain accurate and compliant patient records

Provide light call coverage shared with other providers

Qualifications :

Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Valid state medical license

Strong clinical skills and patient care experience
