The Opportunity :

As a Defense Mission Professional, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for Training and Education. You'll provide support to Marines utilizing the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training devices as part of their training. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes in order to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps.

You'll oversee the work we do for Training and Education and the solutions we deliver for Marine Corps units training.

You served your country as a Ground Combat Arms professional. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Marine Corps.

You Have :

• Experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below
• Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
• Ability to develop plans and support packages to help Marine Corps units accomplish tactical level training
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
