Electrical Panel Builder

About the Role

We’re looking for a Panel Builder with hands-on experience assembling and wiring industrial control panels. You’ll work from schematics, parts lists, and Bills of Material (BOMs) to bring automation systems to life — ensuring everything is wired, labeled, and built correctly to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, BOMs, and layout schematics
• Select proper wire size, color, and terminals according to design requirements
• Cut, strip, and terminate wire; route neatly from point A to point B
• Mount components such as relays, breakers, PLCs, and terminal blocks inside enclosures
• Identify and communicate issues or discrepancies to the engineering team for correction
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow quality / safety standards
