Base pay range : $110,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Location : Phoenix, AZ

We are a Heavy Civil General Contractor specializing in wet utility and roadway construction. We operate two offices in Arizona and have extensive experience completing complex projects for both the public and private sectors. Responsibilities

• Developing detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Evaluating and analyzing bid documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Conducting site visits and gathering data to accurately estimate costs.
• Using Microsoft Project to manage and track project timelines and costs.
• Applying value engineering principles to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Negotiating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable prices and contracts.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
• Presenting estimates to senior management and clients, explaining the basis for the costs and the methods used to calculate them.
