Endo, Healthy Peds, Ortho, Podiatry, Vascular, Bariatrics, OB, GYN,

Urology, NORA (Cath Lab, IR,

MRI)

Credentialing : 60-90 days

Minimum

Requirements

Board

Certified / Board Eligible : Must be BC in

Anesthesiology

Licensure : Virginia
