Local Superintendent Opening - New Ground Up Multifamily Construction

Our client, a reputable Multifamily General Contractor (GC), is seeking an accomplished Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing a forthcoming Ground Up Multifamily project, assuming responsibility for the project's entire lifecycle.

Location : Hilton Head, SC

Key Highlights :

  • Manage an exciting New Ground Up Multifamily project from inception to completion.
  • Ideal for candidate is local to the Hilton Head and / or willing to Travel

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Previous experience with a General Contractor or Developer.
  • Successful completion of at least one Multifamily project as a Superintendent.
  • Proficient in creating and managing a 2-week lookahead schedule, with the ability to make necessary adjustments.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee on-site subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
