Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.Unit : PT Outpatient# patients treated per day : roughly 9-11, 10 on averageCerts : C PT license, and BLSEMR : CernerRehab Aides / OTA / PTA : No / No / Yes (2 PTA's in the clinic)Weekend Requirement : No Holidays : Clinic will be CLOSED- half day Christmas eve, all day Christmas day, all day the day after christmas, half day new years eve, all day new years day and currently open the day after new years but that might change Scrub Color / Uniform : Professional attire, no specific color. Pharmacy 24 / 7 : NAShifts : M-F 8hr days? Start time? 8 : 00 - 4 : 30, required 30 minute lunch Floor specific orientation : Yes, 1-2 daysCommon diagnosis / Types of patients : ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, balance difficulties. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level : Care Acute Shift 8a-4 : 30p Required Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Contract Weeks : 91
